  Article:   THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE PATIENTS WITH ANKILOSING SPONDILITIS.

  Abstract:  Calitatea vieţii la pacienţii cu spondilita anchilozantă. În această lucrare încercăm să prezentăm impactul spondilitei anchilozante asupra calităţii vieţii bolnavului, care include simptomele (durerea, redoarea, oboseala, tulburările de somn), funcţia fizică (autoîngrijirea, mobilitatea, activităţile casnice), rolul funcţional (exercitarea profesiei, acasă, şcoală), interacţiunile sociale (căsnicie, familie, prieteni, colegi de muncă, comunitate, timpul liber), statusul psihic (depresie, anxietate, mecanismele de cuplare cu boala), efectele tratamentului (dispepsia, tulburări gastrointestinale, rash cutanat). Încercăm de asemenea să evaluăm costurile financiare (directe şi indirecte) şi costurile pentru societate, specifice pentru aceşti bolnavi în România.
